Editing and testing an offer

Editing and testing an offer that you have already created is very easy. These processes are important to make sure all your changes are applied before you publish them to your customers.

Editing an offer

Follow the simples steps below to edit an offer.

Launch the app and click Offers.

Go to the offer that you want to edit.

Click the Actions drop-down arrow and choose Edit.

Edit any of the settings of an offer that is already created such as the products, their quantity, discount, and more.

Click Save.

Testing an offer

Go to the offer that you want to edit.

Click the Actions drop-down arrow and choose Test.

Click See the bundle in action.

You will now be redirected to the test store where you can test your offer and see if it functions well with the products that you have set.

Common Questions

Can I make the discounts apply only when products are added to the cart?
No, this is not possible. As long as the quantity requirements are met, the app automatically detects it and applies the discount.

Can I set the app to automatically identify customers that qualify for free shipping?
The app does not have this feature since it can only apply discounts on the customer's amount of purchase. Also, the app does not have the capability to create discounts for shipping fees.
